Dusty and Rosie Rose’s story began with a chance encounter that blossomed into a deep love and a shared vision. Determined to follow their dream, they sold everything they owned to start fresh—staking it all on the belief that they could build something meaningful together.

As a former Director of Human Resources, Rosie honed her ability to understand and foster team dynamics, ensuring that every member of her teams felt valued and empowered. Dusty Rose Reserve, named after himself and his beloved wife Amanda Rose “Rosie”, is where Dusty’s diverse background and adventurous spirit converge to create a unique and inviting dining experience. Before partnering with Amanda Rose “Rosie” in the restaurant industry, Dusty built a varied career as an electrical lineman, a manager at a water company, and a skilled butcher. Each of these roles has equipped him with a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience that he brings to the restaurant.
Having worked as an electrical lineman, Dusty learned the importance of precision and safety, skills that translate well into the culinary world. His managerial role at the water company sharpened his leadership abilities and taught him how to effectively manage operations and teams. As a butcher, Dusty developed a deep appreciation for quality meats and the art of butchery, ensuring that the offerings at Dusty Rose Reserve are both fresh and expertly prepared.
An adventurous spirit drives Dusty outside of the restaurant as well. He finds joy in the thrill of riding motorcycles and shares his passion for adventure by teaching motorcycle riding as a second job. This zest for life and exploration is reflected in the welcoming and warm atmosphere at Dusty Rose Reserve, where he encourages guests to embrace new experiences and flavors.
As co-owner, Dusty’s dedication to quality, community, and exceptional service is integral to the success of Dusty Rose Reserve.
